
The Board of Supervisors is the duly elected legislative body of Colusa County. The board sets and adopts policies and establishes programs for:
- Air quality
- Areas of general governance
- Economic development
- Emergency services and flood management
- Health and mental health
- Intergovernmental relations, law, and justice
- Land use and agriculture
- Social services, libraries, and transportation
