Colusa County is embarking on the preparation of a Community Plan for the Maxwell community.  This plan is intended to address issues resulting from the development of the Sites Reservoir such as temporary workforce housing, short-term and long-term economic strategies, increases in traffic, changes to the community character, and other potential issues to Maxwell and the surrounding community.

The County is very interested in listening to community concerns and gathering community input to ensure that this Community Plan is developed in a way that best meet the needs of Maxwell residents and businesses.
