Jail Visiting Hours

Regulations

Incarcerated persons are allowed two 30-minute visits per week. You must have a government issued photo identification in order to visit. Persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Children may not be left unattended in the lobby or visiting room under any circumstance. No mobile devices, purses, or revealing clothing allowed. 

Wireless communication devices, including, but not limited to, cellular telephones, pagers, or wireless internet devices are not permitted while visiting an incarcerated person (Penal Code 4575).

Visitors will only communicate with incarcerated persons they have signed up to visit (Penal Code 4570).

Anyone who has been convicted of a felony or having served time in a state correctional facility is prohibited from entering the grounds and/or buildings of this facility for any reason.  Anyone doing so is guilty of a felony (Penal Code 4571).

Anyone who has been released from the Colusa County Jail less than 90-days will not be allowed to visit.

Any violation will result in a 30-day ban.
