Colusa County Hosts Cooling Center when Temperatures Exceed 100 Degrees

Colusa County Health & Human Services hosts a cooling center at the Colusa Library on days when the temperature exceeds 100 degrees.  The cooling center is open from 2:00pm - 8:00pm, and residents and visitors who cannot escape the heat are encouraged to utilize this space for refuge.
