Colusa County has released the Draft 2025 Regional Transportation Plan (RTP) for public review and comment. The RTP provides a long-range vision for the County’s transportation system, addressing roadway improvements, public transit, active transportation, aviation, and goods movement to guide investment and planning decisions through 2045.
The public review and comment period begins October 1, 2025, and will close on October 30, 2025. The Draft RTP can be accessed here.
Community members are encouraged to review the Draft RTP and provide feedback. Comments may be submitted by email to Sofia Lepore at sofia@greendottransportation.com through October 30, 2025.
The final RTP is scheduled for adoption at the November 18, 2025, Colusa County Transportation Commission meeting, where a public hearing will be held to receive additional comments prior to action by the Commission.
Colusa County values community input and encourages all residents and stakeholders to participate in shaping the future of transportation in the region by reviewing the Draft RTP and submitting comments during the open comment period.
